Since 1991 Saratov State Medical University has been training specialists from other countries. Over 300 international students are currently studying here. The teaching process is classical in nature.<\/p>\n

Education is provided in the following fields: general medicine, pediatrics, dentistry, public health, and nursing aid (patient care assistant). Health professionals can work toward a master?s degree, Ph.D., D.Sc. and doctor of dental science degrees. Postdiploma education in various specialties is also available for foreigners.<\/p>\n

To acquire basics of environment language and improve their knowledge of the Russian language, international students can go to the Department of Russian as a Foreign Language.<\/p>\n
