Panoramic views of the city

Saratov is located on 7 hills so that there are several places where you can actually enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the city. The most well-known is the spot in the Victory Park. From here you’ll see all the Eastern part of the city, including historical centre and the Volga river. Another place, also loved by locals, is the spot near the airport. The view will be almost the same, since it’s not far from the Victory Park. If you have a chance to drive a car, come to “Kumysnaya polyana” – it’s a natural park on the hill, right at the beginning of it you’ll find a great spot to view the Southern part of Saratov. And from the opposite slope of the same hill there’s a chance to look at the Nothern part.
