Theatre square

The square takes its name because the Opera and Ballet Theatre is located here. In addition to the beautiful architecture, the square itself is a wonderful sight. It’s a place where most of city concerts, fairs and activities take place. People like to ride bikes, skateboard or roller skate here, and then sit in the shadow of the trees in a small park after all the activities. You’ll see the building of Saratov State Government, an old building of State Academic Library, the monument to all the military warriors with an “eternal flame” and the monument to the Slavic writing nearby.
