Saratov State Medical University

Since 1991 Saratov State Medical University has been training specialists from other countries. Over 300 international students are currently studying here. The teaching process is classical in nature.

Education is provided in the following fields: general medicine, pediatrics, dentistry, public health, and nursing aid (patient care assistant). Health professionals can work toward a master?s degree, Ph.D., D.Sc. and doctor of dental science degrees. Postdiploma education in various specialties is also available for foreigners.

To acquire basics of environment language and improve their knowledge of the Russian language, international students can go to the Department of Russian as a Foreign Language.
